2nd meeting of the Special Negotiating Body for Suez Environment

(16 April 2013) Following the decision by GdfSuez and other shareholders to annul the shareholders pact for Suez Environment, it now needs to negotiate a new European Works Council agreement. The shareholders pact gave GdfSuez control over Suez Environment. The members went to the agreement to prepare the discussions with management.

These meetings are first exchanges and follow a presentation of the changes management wants in the agreement. These changes depart from the original agreement of the EWC of GdFSuez, and go beyond a mere adaptation of the text.
