ETUC submission on Commission consultation on Transnational Company Agreements

(December 2012) The ETUC has submitted a position to the Commission consultation indicating what it considers to be most important issues. These include the role for the European Trade Union Federations such as EPSU as the legitimate partners for such agreements. It also calls for an optional framework for transnational company agreements that would allow some legal certainty.
