You are herewith invited to the meeting of the EPSU European Works Council Coordinators Network. It will take place on 27 February 2013 in The International Association Center (room Washington), rue Washington 40, 1050 Brussels. The meeting will start at 9h00 and will end at 16h00. An area map is enclosed for information.
Interpretation has been requested to and from French, English (active) and Czech (passive).
A draft agenda is attached; meeting documents will follow.
(Please note that the 38th Meeting of the Standing Committee on Public Utilities will take place on 26 February at EESC, Brussels).
We expect participating unions to cover all travel and subsistence costs of their representatives. Should you require accommodation, a list of hotels in Brussels is attached. Committee members from countries under 100% on the ‘5 band’ index, are referred to the attached ‘rules governing financial assistance’.
