The major topic of the coordinators meeting was workers' representation and the European Company. The coordinators considered the need for an EPSU policy using the guidelines of the EMF as a starting point for discussion. The issue has become very topical now companies including in the utilities have announced considering European Companies. A European Company or SE can only be established if an agreement has been reached regarding workers' representation on the Board of the company.
