Theme: Digitalisation of local authority services in Europe

This report identifies trends in the digitalisation of local authority services within Europe, with a special focus on Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Scotland/ UK, Germany, Estonia, Croatia. It
includes discussions and case studies which were generated from the seminar ‘Identifying new forms of service delivery in municipalities, technological development and the impact on the workforce and employers – the challenge of digitalisation’ held on 21st September 2015 in Brussels.

This report addressed the following research questions:
