We are pleased to confirm the social dialogue plenary meeting on 14 December 2007 in
Brussels in the Hotel Bedford, 135 rue du Midi, 1000 Brussels....

Agenda
The agenda is attached. The main item to discuss is the next social dialogue work programme
for 2008-2009. Other meeting documents will follow as soon as possible.

EPSU preparatory 09h00 (prompt) to 10h00

Plenary meeting 10h30 to 16h00

Languages

We have requested the following interpretation: English, French, German, Swedish, Spanish,
and Italian.

In order to guarantee these languages and to comply with the security regulation on access to
the European Commission buildings, we ask you to return the enclosed registration form by
1 December 2007.

The European Commission will reimburse travel and accommodation costs for up to 27
participants from the EU Member States (at least one per country) according to Commission's
rules (explained in the Commission's invitation letter - to follow).
