Under the project a survey with EPSU affiliates and HOSPEEM members is being organised. The questionnaire is available in EN, FR, DE, ES, RU (only as WORD-file, see EPSU members area) and SV. You will be able to fill in the questionnaire on paper (uploaded to protected area for EPSU members only) or preferably online (see links below). First deadline for replies: 10 January 2013.
You will be able to answer in the following languages that can be dealt with by staff of the contractor (GHK): English, French, German, Bulgarian, Dutch, Greek, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Spanish and Swedish.
N.B.: For EPSU members only: In case you will encounter a lot of difficulties in replying in one of those languages please let Mathias Maucher know, we will then see how to support you in the most appropriate manner.

Please rather quickly consider question 11, "Would you or a relevant colleague be prepared to present your existing practice/guidance tool on the prevention of sharps injuries at a regional conference of the project?"
