On March 18 the All Russian Electrounion signed a new sector agreement for the period 2013-2015. This comes at the end of a lengthy campaign with the union determined to secure an increase in minimum rates after three years without a pay rise. The minimum monthly wage rate of first-grade workers in electrical power organizations should reach 9000 Rubles by 2015. Both EPSU and PSI sent messages of support during the union's campaign.

Unions welcome three-year deal in electricity sector
The three unions in the electricity sector - Filctem-Cgil, Flaei-Cisl and Uiltec-Uil - have signed a new three-year agreement covering 50000 employees. Workers will see a EUR 104 increase in pay, paid in three instalments, topped up with EUR 15 as a productivity bonus and EUR 5 related to welfare benefits. There will also be a EUR 100 lump sum paid this year. The agreement includes initiatives to improve health and safety, to ensure contractors are covered by the agreement along with several other measures benefiting working parents and women workers.
Unions sign three-year deal with social welfare organisation
Public service federations – Fp-Cgil, Cisl-Fp and Uil-Fpl – have signed a collective agreement with the Misericordie non-profit association that delivers various health and social services. The agreement covers the period 2017-2019 and delivers an EUR 85 a month increase which brings the agreement in line with that negotiated by the ANPAS national association for social assistance. Workers will also get a EUR 1200 lump sum that will be paid in four instalments by January 2022 and vouchers to the value of Eur 200 to be paid around Christmas. The three main Spanish public service federations – CCOO, UGT and CSI-CSIF – have signed a new agreement with the government covering 2010-2012. On pay the agreement allows for a 0.3% increase in 2010 but a revision clause in the agreement allows for a higher increase to maintain purchasing power. The agreement includes a number of other measures covering modernisation of the public administration and implementation of elements of the basic law on public employment that was passed in 2007 but not fully put into effect.
