The 11th EPSU Congress will take place in Bucharest, Romania, starting mid-morning on 18 June 2024 and ending with a Congress Gala dinner in the evening on 20 June 2024.

The Congress venue is the Palace of the Parliament - Strada Izvor 2-4 (entrance C1), Bucharest 050563, Romania. 

The first Congress Agenda, the draft Congress Programme of Action (PoA) and the proposed amendments to the Constitution endorsed by the Executive Committee will be circulated soon.

The Congress PoA will address key themes such as: 

• Securing peace, democracy, equality, rights and freedoms
• Reclaiming and strengthening public services
• Fighting for a green, digital and socially just transition
• Quality jobs make for quality services
• Building and strengthening public service trade unions.
