The next EPSU EWC Coordinators Network meeting will be combined with a PSI Global Energy Meeting. Therefore we would like to stress that this meeting will be of interest mainly to the EWC Coordinators in the energy sector. A ‘normal’ EWC Coordinators meeting will be held in Spring 2014.
The meeting will take place on 24 and 25 September in Luxembourg, plateau du Kirchberg, Jean Monnet Building, room M2. The meeting will start at 9h00 on Tuesday 24th and will end at 16h00 on Wednesday 25th. See www.epsu.org/a/9373.
You are here with invited for this meeting. A draft agenda and meeting documents will follow. An area map is enclosed for information. Interpretation has been requested to and from French, English, German, Spanish, Italian, Swedish. We have also requested the possibility to speak Danish, Dutch, Czech and Hungarian.
We expect participating unions to cover all travel and subsistence costs of their representatives.
Please note that the 39th meeting of the EPSU Standing Committee on Public Utilities will take place on 23 September 2013, also in Luxembourg (see www.epsu.org/a/9372)
Please fill in and return the attached participation form by 6 August 2013 at the latest and book your hotel room as earliest as possible, in any case before end of July. September is a high season, prices are higher then, and hotels are fully booked very early.
