(28 February 2008, Brussels) European Action Day against prison overcrowding brings together 440 trade union delegates from 10 countries including Belgium, Estonia, France, Germany, Italy Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, and the UK.
Rally and happening start at 12.00 until 14.30 outside the EU Justice Ministers' Council meeting, Rue de la Loi 175.
Interviews at demo site.
