EWCs and organising in public services - 08/10 March 2023 - Alicante, Spain

The Education Department of the European Trade Union Institute, in cooperation with EPSU, organises a training activity on “EWCs and organising in public services (health & social care, energy, waste, water)” from 08 to 10 March 2023 in Alicante, Spain.

Objectives

• Strengthening the role of EWCs in organising the communication channels between different levels of employee representation
• Improving the knowledge of trade unionists and EWC coordinators to cope with new challenges faced by EWCs in these sectors
• Understanding how unions & EPSU can make the best of EWCs’ powers
• Sharing best practises of building union power through organising and recruitment

Working language

English, Spanish and French (eventual additional languages can be added if requested by at least 5 participants).
