Examples from EU Sectoral Social Partners
The Seminar explored how digital solutions - such as e-health records and their primary use by healthcare professionals and patients - can support the integration of health and care services within Countries and discussed which set of existing or emerging skills should be identified and developed. Examples from EU Sectoral Social Partners were presented, and employers and workers’ current and future challenges in dealing with the digital transformation were also addressed.
The discussion was framed considering the current EU initiatives - policy and legislative developments - allowing for a comprehensive overview of the digital phenomena and the impact that this transformation can have on managers and workers.
