ENERGY, WASTE AND WATER – PAY SURVEY

EPSU is urging all its affiliates in energy, waste and water to get their members to complete an online survey. The survey is available in national languages on 21 national websites and is being co-ordinated by the Wage Indicator project. EPSU will be working with researchers from the University of Amsterdam who will analyse the data with the possibility of making comparisons of occupational pay within countries, between countries and even within and between transnational companies in the energy, waste and water sectors. FNV Abvakabo is one of the first EPSU affiliates to promote the survey on its website.

PAY IN ENERGY, WASTE AND WATER – SURVEY AND CONFERENCE

Hundreds of workers across Europe have already taken part in the WISUTIL survey of pay in the energy, waste and water sectors. The main deadline for responses has now been extended from 30 June to 31 JULY. A conference to discuss the findings will take place in Vienna on 26-27 September. REMINDER : pay survey in energy, waste and water

There is still time for EPSU affiliates in energy, waste and water to ask their members to complete the online survey on pay and conditions. The questionnaire takes about 15-20 minutes to fill in and is available in 21 countries in national languages. The data form the survey will be available to EPSU affiliates and will be discussed at a conference in Vienna on 26-27 September. The project is funded by the European Commission and co-ordinated by researchers at AIAS in Amsterdam. Links to the national websites > EPSU

ENERGY, WASTE AND WATER PAY SURVEY – NEW DEADLINE

EPSU is involved in a project to collect data on salaries in the energy, waste and water sectors. EPSU affiliates are asking their members to provide information on their pay and conditions using online questionnaires in national languages. A recent meeting of those involved in the WISUTIL project agreed to extend the deadline for survey responses to 31 July. A report and data from the survey will be available to EPSU affiliates in the lead up to the project conference on 22-23 September. Read more at > EPSU (20 languages)
