Will Croatian EU Presidency boost transparency in the Council of the EU?

EU-Council Croatian Presidency

(12 December 2019) EPSU and several other trade unions and organisations have sent an open letter to the Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenković, Croatian MEPs and the Croatian Permanent Representation to the EU, urging them prioritise both legislative and lobby transparency during the Croatian Presidency of the EU Council.

This call on the Croatian Presidency is a further step towards more transparency. Together with other organisations, EPSU earlier sent a letter to EU Council President Charles Michel, calling on him to ensure more transparency in the Council.

The letter can be read here.
