You are herewith invited to the joint Working Group Meeting on Social Services (HSS/LRG). It will take place on 8 October 2014 in Brussels, ITUH, room B. The meeting will start at 9h00 and will end at 16h15. An area map is enclosed for information.
Interpretation for the Working Group has been requested to and from French, English and German. We have also requested the possibility to speak Spanish and Swedish.

We expect participating unions to cover all travel and subsistence costs of their representatives. Committee members from countries under 100% on the ‘5 band’ index, are referred to the attached usual ‘rules governing financial assistance’.
Please fill in and return the attached participation form by 15 September 2014 at the latest.

EN - In order to enable us to prepare the exact amount due (with a maximum of 700 EUR) for this meeting, would you be so kind as to send by fax or by e-mail as soon as possible to Sylvie Dewambrechies ([email protected]) a copy of your flight ticket or the travel agency invoice, with the price clearly indicated. Could you also let us know by return, your dates of arrival and departure, which hotel you are staying in as well as the rate per night. Please note that for practical reason if we do not have the required information in time, a bank transfer will be made after the meeting to refund your travel expenses. Many thanks in advance for your co-operation and for your understanding.

Veuillez noter que, pour des raisons pratiques, si nous ne recevons pas les informations requises à temps, le remboursement de vos frais de voyage s’effectuera par virement bancaire après la réunion.
