Europe is facing strong demographic changes at both ends of the life course.
Within LRG, the objective is to anticipate these challenges which will have a big impact on employment and ways of working.
The issue of adapting skills of existing staff to various changes within the workplace and ensuring a high quality of employment, alongside providing new innovative way of youth entry into this part of the labour market will be the main issue addressed.
