Please find attached the agenda of the meeting.
The preparatory meeting for the workers' delegation will be held in the same room with interpretation from 09.30 to 10.30.
At the same time, the preparatory meeting of the employers'
delegation will be held at another room.
Simultaneous interpretation has been requested for the following languages: FR, EN, DE, ES, CS and HU.
I would be grateful if you could check if all languages will be used and confirm this to Dorota DLOUCHY.
The Commission will reimburse travel and subsistence expenses up to a maximum of 27 EU representatives per delegation (employers and workers). See Annex 1 for details.
