We are pleased to invite you to the next Plenary meeting of the Hospital Sector Social Dialogue Committee to be held on Tuesday 8 December 2009. It will start at 10:00 and will end at 17:00.

We expect to have interpretation to and from English, French and German. You will receive more detailed information about the venue and interpretation facilities once we have received the official invitation from the European Commission.

Please note that only the titular members of the Social Dialogue Committee are invited. If the titular cannot attend the meeting, the substitute can participate in his or her place.

The European Commission will reimburse travel and subsistence expenses to representatives from EU countries in accordance with their financial rules. Further information on this will be sent with the official Commission invitation.

Please fill in and return the attached participation form by 23 November 2009 at the latest.
