Cover Eurofound Report Digitalisation July 2018

(11 July 2018) EPSU is increasing its commitment to defending workers' rights and working conditions in response to the digitalisation of public services. This new report from the Eurofound research agency provides further analysis to help understand the impact on the workforce of new technologies. It reviews the history of the digital revolution to date, placing it in the context of other periods of marked technological advances and examining how technological change interacts with changes in institutions.
