1) Regional Seminars
- Thursday, 31 January 2013, Dublin – for colleagues from the following EU MS: B (Dutch-speaking), DK, EST, FIN, GB, IRL, LT, LV, NL, S / open for colleagues from IS and N
- Thursday, 7 March 2013, Rome – for colleagues from the following EU MS: B (French-speaking), CY, E, F, GR, I, L (French-speaking), M, P / open for colleagues from other countries European around the Mediterranean Sea
- Tuesday, 16 April 2013, Vienna – for colleagues from the following EU MS: A, B (German-speaking), BG, CZ, D, H, L (German-speaking), PL, ROM, SK, SLO / open for colleagues from Central Europe and from Southern Eastern Europe (in particular Slavic language countries), BLR, RU and UA.
2) Final Conference
- Thursday, 20 June 2013, Barcelona – for colleagues from all 27 EU MS / other European countries
