16th meeting of Women's and Gender Equality Committee (11 & 12 June)

Venue: ITUH, Room B, Brussels

We are pleased to invite you to the EPSU Gender Equality Committee meeting on Tuesday AND Wednesday 11 and 12 June 2012.

Venue and time

It will take place at the International Trade Union House, room B, 5 Boulevard du Roi Albert II, 1210 Brussels. The meeting will start at 9.30 and end at 17.00 on 11 June and from 09.00-12.30 on 12 June.

Interpretation

Interpretation, in consultation with EPSU Russia/central Asia constituency, has been requested as follows:
Active: French, English, German, Spanish and Russian
Passive: Norwegian, Portuguese and Swedish

Accommodation and financial assistance

Should you require accommodation, a list of hotels in Brussels is attached.

We expect participating unions to cover all travel and subsistence costs of their representatives. Committee members from countries under 100% on the ‘5 band’ index, are referred to the attached ‘rules governing financial assistance.

GEC as a two-days meeting

May I also remind you that the Executive Committee has since its last meeting decided to have a single GEC meeting but prolonged over two days. So as to ensure that gender equality issues remains an EPSU priority we are looking forward to your active participation.
