The people of the United Kingdom will vote in a referendum on 23 June. They will decide if the UK will stay in the EU or not. Together with numerous other trade union leaders, the EPSU General Secretary supported an open letter. This calls for the UK to stay in the EU. Many rights of workers in the UK are threatened when the UK leaves the EU. The Euro-sceptics will seek to pursue an anti-workers agenda. The challenges for UK workers will not disappear with Brexit.
