EPSU comments on the 4th electricity and gas benchmark report

The Commission has published its 4th report. It gives an overview of the progress to date with the internal market based on a series of indicators. EPSU has asked Steve Thomas of the University of Greenwich (PSIRU) to comment on the indicators and the findings of the Commission. Please find his report attached:
