The Resolution on Collective Bargaining and Social Dialogue passed at Congress in 2009 commits EPSU to: “evaluate the results of the sectoral social dialogues and consider their effectiveness in obtaining key EPSU objectives, the use of the results of the social dialogue at national level and the resources devoted to it”.

It was intended that this should happen by the end of 2013 in order that any recommendations arising from the evaluation could be drafted in time for debate at the next Congress in 2014.

This questionnaires below are an important part of the evaluation process.

There is a general questionnaire and then one questionnaire for each of the five sectoral social dialogue committees:
 electricity
 gas
 local and regional government
 hospitals and
 central government administrations.

The questionnaires have been drafted in 10 languages and affiliates may reply in their own language.

The initial results of the questionnaire will be presented to the autumn round of executive and standing committee meetings and a final report will be available for the spring round of meetings.

We would be grateful if responses could be sent back by 31 July.
