41st Meeting of the EPSU Executive Committee
24-25 April 2012, ITUH, Room AUD, Brussels
You are herewith invited to the 41st meeting of the EPSU Executive Committee. It will take place at the International Trade Union House – Boulevard du Roi Albert II 5 – 1210 Brussels – Room AUD, starting at 09:00 on 24 April and finishing at 16:30 at the latest on 25 April 2012.
Interpretation has been requested as follows: Active: English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Swedish, Russian Passive: Danish, Norwegian, Portuguese and Greek.
The minutes of the previous meeting (8-9 November 2011) were sent with Executive Committee LC Nr 15 (2011) on 1 December 2011 and are available in EPSU languages at http://www.epsu.org/a/8152. A First Draft Agenda is attached. Other meeting documents will be sent as soon as available.
We remind you of the possible difficulties in finding hotel accommodation in Brussels on the dates of this meeting and refer you to Executive Committee LC 16 (2011) available below in all EPSU languages concerning hotel accommodation in Antwerp.
This meeting will be followed by a Review of the Cooperation Agreement between EPSU and PSI Europe on 26 April. A separate call for constituency-based nominations and participation will reach you very shortly.

Meeting documents - Hotel reservation form
There are some difficulties in finding hotel rooms in Brussels for the dates of our Executive Committee and merger assessment meetings (24-25/4/2012 and 26/4/2012 respectively). This is due to a particularly large trade fair, which is taking place in Brussels that week.
Sites such as www.resoltel.be and others can assist you in finding a room in Brussels, but only very close to the meeting dates when block bookings for the trade fair end, otherwise the prices are double to triple of what they should be.
The EPSU secretariat has therefore made a block bookings for the nights of 23, 24 and 25 April at:

Both hotels are located within very short walking distance from Antwerp Central Station which has a regular train service to Brussels North station (+/- 30 minute journey on the train schedules in appendix and available at http://www.b-rail.be/main/E/) which in turn is quite near to the ITUH where the Executive Committee will meet. Ms Quetin will take care of making and guaranteeing your reservation on your behalf and she will send you a confirmation.
Participants are expected to pay their hotel invoice before leaving the hotel.
In case of cancellation or modification of your reservation, please contact Ms Quetin.
As the overnight accommodation cost is slightly higher than usual (160,- Euros per night breakfast included) and as there is the additional travel cost between Antwerp and Brussels, EPSU will exceptionally provide a ‘per noctem’ compensation for those of you staying in Antwerp. This compensation will amount to 50,- Euros per night, for a maximum of 2 nights and is available to titular and substitute members of the EPSU Executive Committee. Members eligible for financial assistance will be compensated on a case basis.
