French energy unions strike against privatisation, 8 April 2004

The French energy unions, EPSU affiliates FO-FNEM, CGT-FNME and CFCT-Energie included, are organising a national day of action with strikes and manifestations against the proposed law to privatise the electricity company EDF, 8 April. Several unions argue that earlier promises are not met. EPSU sent a message of solidarity.
