(9 March 2009) Management and the SNB could not reach agreement during the session 4 March. Despite several separate meetings to search for compromise wording, a number of issues remains outstanding and a new round of discussions is foreseen for April. A pre-meeting was held 3 March and a debriefing 5 March, Paris.
