Stress at work

This is to invite you to the 6th social dialogue working group that will focus on the follow-ups to the EUPAN/TUNED joint position on work-related stress due to be adopted at the DG/TUNED plenary social dialogue meeting on 19 December 2008.
Please note that, in line with our social dialogue rules of procedure, in 2009 social dialogue meetings will be chaired by TUNED and co-chaired by EUPAN.
Meeting venue and time
The meeting will take place on 3 February 2009 in Brussels at Centre Borschette – rue Froissart, 36 – 1040 Brussels (venue to be confirmed)
The nearest tube station is Schuman.
It will start with registration between 08:30 and 09:00 and end at 17:00.
Languages
It will be possible to speak in and listen to English and French.
Participants
Members of TUNED and of the EPSU NEA committee are invited to attend up to a maximum of 27 participants, preferably health and safety experts.
As in previous social dialogue working groups, the employers will send their representatives in the EUPAN Human Resources Working Group.
Accommodation
No pre-booking will be made; a list of hotels offering preferential tariffs to EPSU/ETUC is attached.
Dinner 2 February
Due to the late rescheduling of the meeting, we will not be able to organise a TUNED preparatory meeting. However a working dinner will be organised at 19h30 on 2 February. The address of the restaurant will be sent nearer the date of the meeting.
