We are pleased to invite you to the above-mentioned meeting to be held on Thursday 4 December 2008 from 09h30 to 17h00; venue: Borschette center, rue de Froissart 36, 1040 Brussels

We expect to have interpretation in English, French, German, and maybe other languages.

We would like to specify that for this meeting; only the titular members of the Social Dialogue Committee are invited. If the titular cannot be present, the substitute can participate in his/her place.

The Commission will reimburse travel and subsistence expenses to representatives from EU countries in accordance with their financial rules. You will find more information on this in the official European Commission invitation (see meeting documents section).
