Representatives of the Swedish Trade Union and EPSU met with CEO Per Batelson of Capio on 13 January 2004 in Gothenburg. EPSU has requested the establishment of a Special Negotiating Body to set up an European Works Councils on behalf of French, Norwegian, Swedish and UK unions. Capio is a health care provider.
