You are herewith invited to the the 29th meeting of the EPSU Standing Committee on Health and Social Services on Wednesday 29 October 2008. It will take place in Luxembourg, at the Jean Monnet Building, Room M3 (Plateau du Kirchberg) The meeting starts at 9h30 and will end at 17h00.
Active interpretation has been requested to and from English, French, German, Italian, Spanish and Swedish. We have also requested the possibility to speak Danish, Dutch, Norwegian and Greek. It is imperative that we have your registration by 30 September 2008 at the latest.
We expect participating unions to cover all travel and subsistence costs of their representatives. Committee members from countries under 100% on the ‘5 band’ index, are referred to the attached ‘rules governing financial assistance’.
Please note that this meeting will be followed by a Workshop on Social Services, on Thursday 30th October 2008, in Jean Monnet Building, Room M3.
The draft agenda and meeting documents will be sent as soon as possible.
