Social Dialogue Meeting Working Group “Ageing & Retention”
We have the pleasure to invite you to the meeting of the Social Dialogue in the Hospital Sector. The meeting will take place on 30 May 2008 in Brussels.
The meeting will be held in two different locations close to each other in the EU Quarter.
The morning session will take place at the EESC-building - Rue Belliard, 99 - 1040 Brussels
The afternoon session will be held in Centre Borschette - Rue Froissard, 36 - 1040 Brussels
The main items on the agenda of the meeting will be:
division of tasks between the ageing working group and the (recruitment and) retention working group
outline of the Project proposal on the ageing workforce
how to improve retention through better work-life balance practices.
A formal agenda and the discussion papers will be sent to you as quickly as possible.
We would like to specify that for this meeting; only the titular members of the Social Dialogue working groups on Ageing and those of Recrutment & Retention are invited. If the titular cannot be present, the substitute can participate in his place.
The Commission will reimburse travel and subsistence expenses to representatives from EU countries in accordance with their financial rules. More information on this will be sent with the official European Commission invitation.
