ETUC seeks a legal revision of EWC Directive

(11 April 2008, Brussels) With a letter to the European Commission the ETUC has notified that it will not negotiate on the revision of the EWC Directive due to a lack of willingness to provide guarantees for a substantial agreement by Business Europe.
