GdF condemned for not providing information to workers’ representatives in connection with merger

Not only has GdF been condemned by the Appeal Court in the case of the European Works Council, it has now also been condemned by the Court in the case of the national workers’ representatives body. The judge finds that Gas de France obstructs the workers’ representatives from informing themselves on the consequences of the merger with Suez.
