Joint Declaration on Stress
(November 2007) The European inter-professional social partners BUSINESSEUROPE-UEAPME, CEEP and
ETUC signed a Framework Agreement on work-related stress on 8 October 2004. The
agreement aims at increasing awareness and recognition by employers, workers and their
representatives of work-related stress. The objective is to provide employers and workers
with a framework to identify and prevent or manage problems of work-related stress.
The agreement will be implemented by the Member organisations of the signatory parties.
