EPSU welcomes Revision of EWC Directive and urges speedy process
The European Commission has included the Revision of the EWC Directive in its Work programme for 2008. EPSU welcomes this. The EPSU General Secretary wrote to Commissioner Spidla to proceed quickly with the publication of the Communication and ensure a speedy process. Private Equity Funds should not escape their responsibility to provide information and consultation and be clear about their strategies.
