EPSU and European energy consumer rights: a critical approach
Just a few days after the opening date of the internal market for electricity and gas, 1 july 2007, the Commission published a proposal for an Energy Consumers’ Charter. The Commission recognises that the internal market on electricity and gas does not deliver for consumers and that more protection is needed.
