EPSU in cooperation with the Education Department of the European Trade Union Institute for Research, Education and Health and Safety organised a joint course entitled:

‘On the Way to European Education Partnerships: minimum standards and key public service issues in future education activities .’

This course was held from 23 - 25 November 2006 in the Ver.di Education Centre, Berlin, Germany.

This course aimed to:

Establish sustainable education partnerships between unions from the countries listed above;
Develop cooperation between unions on European minimum standards and key public service issues.

We would like the course to be a forum to set out the concrete steps for such partnerships. These can be bi-lateral or multi-lateral with EPSU playing a brokering, facilitation and monitoring role.

Working languages: Romanian, Bulgarian, German and English.
