For your information and possible inputs with your national union centre, please find attached documents regarding the first year evaluation of the implementation of the European cross-sectoral agreement on a framework of actions on gender equality (March 2005) including:

1) a short note from the cross-sectoral social partners (ETUC, UNICE, CEEP and UEAPME) explaining the reporting process;

2) a template sent to members of the European cross-sectoral social dialogue committee to help draw up the joint annual report on the implementation of the agreement;

3) Framework of Actions in English and French, also available in other languages (please contact your national union centre).

We invite you to contact your national union centre to report back any related activities in your sector so that the implementation of the agreement in EPSU’s sectors can be monitored.

We will discuss this further at the next GEC meeting on 28 April under agenda item 5. Meanwhile should you have any questions about the above, please do not hesitate to contact Nadja Salson.
