E.ON UK employees have accepted a salary increase of 3.4% to all salaries and allowances for 2006

This is a 1 year deal, and based on February’s figure of RPI of 2.4% this is 1% above inflation.

Within E.On UK there are 17 separate bargaining groups, each bargaining group was balloted separately by their respective trade union. All groups have accepted.

The negotiation was on behalf of all trade union members within E.ON UK.
