’SGI: Who’s leading? The European Internal Market or Public Authorities?’ 7 February

The European Socialist Party (PES) is organising a Group Seminar ’Services of General Interest: Who’s leading? The European Internal Market or Public Authorities?’ on 7th February, 2006 from 9:30 to 12:45 hrs in room P1A002 in the European Parliament.

A PES working group has been drawing up a legal framework provision and this will be presnted at the seminar. The seminar willalso debate other initiatives/solutions regarding the future of SGI/SGEI, as well as holding a dialogue on possible ways to monitor and enhance the quality of public services in Europe.
