Workers in EDF UK vote for industrial action

Workers in EDF UK have voted for industrial action. The pay offer of the employer (EDF) has been insufficient and below inflation. EPSU recalls that unions in Europe strive towards achieving compensation for inflation increase and for an appropriate share in productivity growth. We do not accept that companies rope in large profits and do not share these with workers (19 October 2005). To read more see the News Release attached.
