European Socialist publish study on Services of General Interest
The European Socialist Party (PES) has published a study on the internal market and public services. The study sets out how the internal market influences public services. It recommends that all Services of general interest (those that are defined as such by public authorities and under democratic control) are to be excluded from the services directive.
